No More Grains

I'm going to make a new years resolution, no more grain and starchy veg. yikes! Its going to be though. I've been doing the anti-candida diet for a while now but have had gluten free porridge oats for breakfast and a small amount of starchy veg in the evenings, like one small potato and some cooked carrots.

I guess I can still have buckwheat as this is not a grain. But what to eat for breakfast? Any Suggestions?

Missing my spuds already!!!
